Verizon wireless prepaid
don’t buy verizon prepaid! as they have NO live customer services, all automated with female voice very mean and nasty. you are forced to talking to the female voice, not a live person and if you keep saying customer service ” it will then say sorry your having problems, good’by,and it hangs up on you. the same when calling LOCOL store you must ether drive or walk to your nearest verizon store. if you do order the Samsung J3 you need a second phone like,at&t prepaid, sprint, tmobile, vergin mobile, boostmobile, metro pcs to to talk to a live person not” your verizon phone. you hit one for becoming a new customer then two for new service and zero to get connected. your data uses phone calls in and out, tex, emails, radio and more so seven GB by your six day your already down to five GB. on boost mobile my seven GB I only used two GB a month and still had five left. do not! get verizon prepaid!. verizon is aware of the issue and is working on the issue and said they don’t want live person anymore but want customers to use the automation. they are working on a more friendly automation. Please! DO NOT GET Verizon wireless prepaid you will be out of data within two weeks.
Please don’t take this the wrong way but if you are using over 2 GB of data per month you should be on a traditional plan. I’m a VERY heavy data user but 7 GB in 6 days leaves me in the dust! In the Samsung drop down menu do you have WiFi selected? That way when you are home you are not using data. I have AT&T and there are “live” customer service reps available by phone and chat.
yes I so have at&t prepaid and I have about seven gig for $45 a month and I get live customer services and I only use about two gig a month. with boost mobile I had seven gig for $40. and I only used two GB a month. verizon prepaid said they take from data for phone, emsils, text which I never do anyway, emails that come in to me phone calls all use data that’s why two gigs were used in six days I Gus but I’m thinking on returning the phone and get my money back. Verizon said there aware of the issue with the automation during prepaid they don’t want live customer service anymore. there working on a new more friendly automation system but the automation can’t answer every complaint about the device like tonight I was on it and the tv started plying the tv channel line up popped up I had to shut it down. Called 611 started telling the female voice what was going on and she had no idea what I was saying but I knew that just making a point. Also not everyone has a computer, never had one, don’t know how, many with disabilities who have a phone likes the games don’t know how to go on line and need live customer services. Verizon prepaid does not give free phone, talk, text I really can’t offorf5 to pay 50. up from 40. Boost mobile had my services down to one gig in useable so I swiched.
Sounds like this is really not the phone for you so you’d be wise to return it.
@shunshine Sorry you’re having problems. I have a Verizon prepaid phone and I’ve done business with their customer service by chatting online at My Verizon. Have always received good service. My service comes with unlimited talk and text and 2 GB data for $40 per month. If you’re running through 2 GB of data in 2 weeks, you’re doing a lot of streaming. Even when I only had 1 GB of data, I never ran out. You can upgrade your plan on My Verizon to a level that includes more data.
