Ut Oh, HSN Is Going To Be Mad At Me
I went kind of crazy ordering from Iman and Slinky a couple of weeks ago. I bought eveything a size smaller so by the time winter rolls around, they will fit (I’m dieting). I was so disappointed when I opened the packages because everything was too big!!! I went a size smaller than the size chart and HSN recommended to me. I am returning most everything and just cringing at what HSN will say about this huge return.
That is so frustrating! I hate it when things don’t fit. I’m waiting on a pair of Iman jeans right now and I am just hoping and praying that they fit well and look great. I really want them to work, but I get nervous about ordering things that need to fit just right.
Congratulations on your weight loss Pamlou! I know only to well how frustrating it is to get your size. You listen to everything they are saying and it seems so many times everything they told us was not correct.
I do not understand all this stuff by so many of the guests to size up or size down – why not make your clothes to size to begin with?
I will use the other suggestions to check out the sizing chart in the future but it sounds like that isn’t always correct either. HSN certainly can’t hold miss-sizing against us on returns!
Pamlou, next time if you order online, look at the garment measurement, when you hit size chart, the tab for the garment measurements are next to it. These are more exact to your measurements and I usually use those measurement for my guidline. If I went by HSN suggestion everytime all my clothes would be to big. Congraulations on your weight loss, that is awesome. I wish I could lose some weight.
? Are you going to return or exchange? I’ve been busy on the phone with HSN CS over the IMAN Platinum items I bought; all the sizes were based on the chart provided as well as what I’d ordered last year. Let me tell you….I am on my 4th exchange for sizes!! I LOVE what I purchased but the sizes are NOT matching the chart or last years’ items. CS has been FANTASTIC!!! No cost at all for the exchanges due to the fact that this is a MANUFACTURE defect. There are reviews from other customers stating the sizing issues and HSN is working with customers to make them happy.
If you’re going to return, I understand. But if you love them and just need different sizes, CS will work with you to get the CORRECT size/fit you need without cost to you.
I return plenty, lol, but I always but enough to make up for it, lololololol.

Tell them that their sizing is inaccurate.
