Unable to order anything!
I’m trying to make a purchase, but unable to do so. I was trying to make a purchase, but the transaction could not be completed. An Hsn customer service rep then tried to assist me; however, he too told me my purchase was getting declined. I just now called my credit card and explained the issue to that rep. She informed me that I’m in perfectly good standing and it isn’t the credit card that is declining me, it’s an issue with the Hsn system. She said Hsn’s computer system is accepting the charge and then reversing it automatically. She said Hsn has a problem with their system.
I need to order my vitamins. Please report this severe problem to the people who are in charge of and run the computer system.
