Trouble viewing Videos
Has anyone had trouble watching videos? On my iPad, all I get is a "buffering" message, and the video will not play. I can’t figure out why this started happening all of a sudden. Anyone else having that problem?
My comment has nothing to do with videos, but I thought I’d post here because the thread has the word trouble in it. Everytime I sign out, it shows I’m still online. It’s really annoying. When I log off, my avatar should no longer show up. I don’t want it to appear as if I’m online when I’m not.
Yes, I’m also having trouble on this Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (tablet) that I purchased from HSN a year or so ago. My trouble started several weeks ago. When I click on the play icon, nothing happens. Whatsup HSN?

Yes, I’ve had issues with the videos on both my desktop and iPad. Have tried clearing the cookies, etc. and using Chrome and IE. The videos just spin on a gray screen.
Overall HSN’s site has always been so impressive with all the videos and related performance.
Hello everyone, I suggest you all try clearing your computers cache and cookies, as well as making sure there you are opening the site as a new page and not from your favorites menu. You can also try deleting the app and re-installing it completely.
Yes, over the last 3 days, a lot of videos start to buffer and then just stop. Strange.
I had problems too, especially with newer videos. Now today I can view some on my ipad and not my desk computer.
