trouble singing in to order status e
why is it , it never fails with HSN I go to sign into my order status my email address is all correct, I put my password in all correct and they changed my user name to all capital letters put it in pink saying it’s case sensitive. I put it back to all lower case as it was and again! they say incorrect again””! . I come on here and its fine. I wish HSN would finally look into there tech dept and find who has been doing this to me for the last few years to finally end this. I’m tired of always having to Chang my password to get it back up.
