THEY CANCELED MY FIRST EVER ORDER!
I am so upset it’s not even funny. I’m trying to buy my fiancé Christmas gifts. Last night I ordered an Xbox and a Nintendo switch. The app was being glitchy but I finally got it ordered. THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT 6 TIMES AND ONLY REFUNDED 4 CHARGES!
I get an email saying yay! Congrats on your order then an hour later I got an email saying my order was canceled.
I got confused and thought “Hey, I didn’t cancel anything..”
So, I go to the help forums and read that we can cancel orders or HSN can cancel when appropriate.
Uh? What?! What does that mean? So..
I’m waiting on the HSN Office to open to call but who decides on what’s “appropriate to be canceled” ?! What the ?
