THANKS HSN FOR NOT TELLING US ABOUT MID DAY CANCELLATION
THANKS FOR NOT LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT MID DAY CANCELLATIONS. I ORDERED SOMETHING FOR MY GRANDBABY THIS MORNING. MY DAUGHTER LOOK IT UP ABOUT WHEN SHE RETURNED FROM TAKING THE KIDS TO SCHOOL THIS MORNING. BY THIS TIME IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL THE ORDERS UNBEKNOWN TO ME. NOW I HAVE ORDERED SOMETHING THE SHE STATED THE KIDS WILL NOT WANT AND I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ORDER WHAT THE KIDS DO WANT DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER IN TIME. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE MID DAY CANCELLATION AND HAVE NOT HEARD OF IT. I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS AGAIN FROM HSN. I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON, I WILL ALWAYS GO LOCAL.
I think most companies are trying for immediate order processing so purchases arrive in time for Christmas. I placed an order at Best Buy at 12:15pm and received a text at 12:20 stating my order was processed. I am thrilled because I need it for Christmas morning. I always assume an order is processed when I place the order. If I want to cancel and can, it’s a bonus. If not, I am the one who placed the order and pay return shipping.
Maybe they are rushing things through now to make sure everything arrives before Christmas. Sometimes you just have to let things arrive and return them. I guess you better go ahead and order what the special grandbaby really wants.
Unless it changed recently customers could cancel until midnight on the same day as placing the order..I would contact customer service and ask if you can’t do it from your account here on the site.I have cancelled a couple of times before midnight.
