Thanks, HSN, for Extended Return Policy
Many people’s financial status have changed drastically since Feb. 1, and I think your policy of extending returns for 90 days for purchases from that date is a very generous one. Employment status is up in the air in many cases, even changing daily and weekly. This policy that allows some flexibility allows us to make better buying decisions. Thanks, HSN, for having a heart.
