Is anyone else having issues with slow deliveries and having customer service basically blowing you off? I have had a purse on order since Oct 3rd, and it is now the 15th and have contacted customer service twice, and they keep giving me lame excuses about why it hasn’t shipping. I notice it they haven taken their money off my HSN card though. So I tried to cancel the order and now it is ‘in the shipping process so I cannot cancel it’, yet that was 5 days ago, and it STILL says in packaging and has not shipped, lol. So I ordered another one thinking this one will move faster, and I can just return the other nope, well, that was stupid, now it is just sitting there alone side the other one. I just want to know if anyone else is having this issue or if I am in the path of Matthew in WI here or ???
