I am very frustrated with the slow shipping. I’m also frustrated with my order not being shipping with in the 48 hours promised. It took 5 days for my order to ship. The agents are friendly but not helpful just blaming system updates for no updated information on account. Also telling me the order has probably already left which was also deceiving.
if you type complaints against HSN you’ll find complaint wed site’s and sometimes you mite find a former HSN employee who will tell everything of what goes on. have you tried way fair? I’m thinking of trying them.
I do all of my shopping online, and my HSN purchases r always the last to arrive.
I just put a comment like on yesterday, myself. I bought several items, my card was charged and after 5 days still in processing or packaging. What is going in here, it never used to be this way.
I am just curious. Wha do you think the phone agent can actually do for you?
They are in call centers far away from the warehouses and they can really only view the same information you can. When you placed your order, you were given an estimated delivery date. Until that passes, leave the poor agents alone. If you do not receive it by the estimated date, then they can escalate the issue. Until then, be patient.
