I found out today my order from Oct 10 has not even shipped yet andthey don’t seem to know when it will. Something to do with new software. Obviously this wasn’t tested or implemented properly. I asked for free expedited shipping and they are not able to do this. For a company that lives by its online and tv purchases, I do not believe this is acceptable. A few days delay I can see but this is getting ridiculous. What are others.doing about this?
I know! I actually had several orders just cancelled after waiting for them for weeks. If it’s not in stock don’t sell it. They need to work like amazon, their shipments, returns and customer service is amazing. Plus more local manufacturers would be helpful. All the products made in china is getting out of hand.
