Bottom line..10 days before Xmas, widow with 4 kids, try and order, get approved, HSN takes my money and I then receive an email DENIED! I’ve called twice and first was told that I must put in a request to be refunded. Fine, done. 72 hours she says it will be back in my account. I checked today 5 days later …Nothing ! Call back and was fed a boat load of BS, completely contradictory of what I had been told previously. Fed up! HSN… Seriously…Get it together!
Now off to file a complaint with the BBB
You have received enough complaints to revise your ” process” NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH HSN AGAIN AND WILL PROMPTLY ADVISE FAMILY AMD FRIENDS!
What a bad experience! I recommend that you post this in the “Need Help — Customer Service” thread. (It’s the last one, under this one.) One of the HSN representatives will read it and help you.
