Rude customer service rep
I’m an online shopper for the past 5 years and I have to say that I called and talked to different reps regarding credit card question or merchandise question and they are not helpful at all. It seems they just want to get you out of the phone line a.s.a.p. very rude and careless customer service reps. I will not be shopping with HSN anymore!!! I do online shopping for a living for my job and you lost a valuable customer.

I can’t apologize enough as we always strive to provide the utmost quality service to our customers and am sorry that we fell short with your most recent experiences.
