Anyone ever been "warned" about returns?
Sure was. They didn’t sign it either. What action did you take ? I will just say I answered them with a legal opinion. Then I wrote a mr. Livingston and never got a reply so everytime I sent something back for awhile I put his name on it. I did try to be more conscientious about sending things back but it made me so mad to send me a threatening letter and no signature. That’s real professional.
That would please my hubby if my account were canceled! :womanlol:
It’s nice to hear that at least there IS a warning before your account is cancelled. As Lizzie mentioned there are a couple of long threads discussing closed accounts and many people said they did not receive any type of warning and would have liked to.
Lizzie818 is correct. There is another thread about just what you asked. To me…it was a total surprise. I had never heard of it before, but then just discovered the HSN Community maybe two weeks ago or so. I also haven’t ordered that much since I was a long time QVCer who is now here at HSN… but I have returned beauty products that I was allergic to, which is neither mine nor I suppose HSN’s fault.
I will however, be even more careful ordering since reading those threads. it’s why I never buy clothing from any online shopping channel. It’s just too risky to trust sizing, color, fabrication etc. when you can’t feel, touch and try things on realtime.
extapa22, if you search the forums for "returns" (use the search box at the top of the thread list), you’ll find a threadabout people whose accounts were cancelled because of too many returns.
