Did anyone else receive a nasty letter from HSN yesterday regarding returns?
I have returned sandals and jeans and a ring this month also some clothes. I will not keep clothes that dont fit or a Labradorite ring that cost over $100 that Hsn says has so many beautiful colors in it when it is a gray/black stone with no colors in it. Thats like ordering a red dress and getting sent a black one. I also ordered a bug spray and didnt receive the sponges with it, I sent that back too.
I would hate to be told by a store I couldnt shop there anymore.
I usually know as soon as I receive an item it is going to be sent back, I dont wear it or use it till gone and send it back so it is still new and unused with all tags on and I pay the shipping. I have kept items that I can see someone else had sent back. I get a lot of handbags that dont have the dust bags but I keep anyway.
I love shopping at HSN but would be upset if got a nasty letter from them,
I got one last year despite my “loyalty” to HSN. It is not our fault that we do not get what we watch on tv. They apologized however my days at HSN are numbered. I see another debacle coming Evine style. My new strategy is to pay more attention to the reviews and write honest ones. I know it is not nice to leave bad comments but it is for the common good.
