I ordered the 14 inch Dash skillet for my daughter-had a $10. off coupon. When my daughter went to use it it would only boil, no matter what setting-warm, simmer.
HSN sent out a replacement, never opened it sent both back, one with the HSN return label.
Taotal price $54., I have a refund of $16. 45, called Custmer service-was told that I ordered it on 2 cards, not sure how I did that when I only charged one.
Today I was told I won’t get the $20.90 balance back only a credit on my HSN card. At least 2 billing cycles, even though both returns were sent out the 8th of this month.
Feel like I’m in the ethernet. :womanfrustrated:

If you charged one order then you would be credited for that order on the card you used to charge it.
If you paid for one order using a bank account or debit card then the refund for that order would go back on that payment method.If you are getting a credit back on your HSN card isn’t that getting the $20.90 refunded back.I am not sure what you mean but assuming these are Flex payments since its more than one refund.
