QVC Q CARD
I opened a Q card on Nov 19. Was to get $40 for opening. Was told will show up on statement 6-8 weeks. No show. Called today. Says will be on your QVC account. When you call in to place order can use. Like HSN’s spendable cash. This was very misleading. I’ll just buy something to use it, but I will stick with HSN. Disappointed with QVC.

That is basically the same thing.If it showed as a statement credit then it would have just been taken off your bill for purchases you placed on the card.Very few cards will actually send you a check for promo amount to open a card.I have only had Chase do that with a $150 promo if I opened a card and spent $500 within 3 months.I just paid bills with the card and took the bill money from my account and paid the card as soon as it posted.Once I spent $500 I could request a credit or a check..But that is rather rare,All others has just been taken off my bill.Which is still a good deal if you are buying something anyway.

There was no terms to read. The customer service rep on the phone should have read the procedure., instead of telling me it would show on my statement.
