Question for Slinky fans
I am a slinky newbee. I can only buy on clearance and buy the tops and pants with way; in a set. For those of you that have purchase single tops (expensive) and single pants (expensive), is the material for the sets a thinner fabric? In comparison of what I have purchased to what is stated on presentations that the pant in a set is the pant that sells for 40 or 50 dollars
Has anyone ordered the single pant for approx 50 dollars and found it to be the same fabric (thickness) as the 2-for pants? Same with the tops. Thanks. Your responses will help me with a purchase I want to make.
I agree they are thinner (a southern nice weight for warmer or humid weather), unless stated they are a heavier weight. The knit does not make me look lumpy as I lose in odd places faster than others. I have lost 15 lbs so far.
Thank you sikylar and FaireMaiden for your responses!
dd… I find the Material to be the same… and I own a TON of Slinky. Alas, I cannot take advantage of the Top/Bottom sets because I wear a Large in Slinky’s Tops and a Medium in her Pants; thus, I have to buy them separately. The Separate two-packs, of either Tops or Bottoms, are a great deal for me as I am assured of getting what actually fits.
I find the two-for tops and pants to be thinner. I tried them but would never purchase again.
