Protection Plus? or minus
So I always purchase extended plans for electronics for the purpose of getting a replacement when and if something goes wrong. What a disappointment it is with the protection plus on the beats I purchased last year, they broke, I sent back , somewhere there was a mishap and I am out of 200 + dollars. One customer service rep attempted to assist and refund me but right at Christmas the refund was deleted and I was told to take it up with UPS. Really HSN?
I have a 4 qt elite pressurecooker,& the pressure plug blew out of it with in a couple weeks.i called customer service they gave me the number for the warranty co. AND let me tell you THIS IS THE POOREST WARRANTY CO. Ever. It has been over a month to get my info correct,& i speak to Cheyenne Garcia ( lady taking care of my request ) Every time i call.and every time i call or txt then she always says well i need your zip code.i have Never been so fed up with someone in all my life. Called again last Friday & she said ,i need a zipcode,and then proceeded to tell me that they wont replace the whole lid ( as specified in all previous calls,i will now get just the pressure plug) and i am supposed to know how to install it so it wont blow up. Elite this warranty co. Is a joke. Nuff Said.
