Problem with customer service too many times/DG2 jeans also
Having multiple problems with customer service. All has been around being transferred to a specialist about my account and hold time is more than 20 mins (28 mins+). Also, not being able to sign into account. I had a rep hang up on me also.
What gives? Anyone having problems with DG2 Jean sizing? I have kept my mouth closed long enough.

I also apologize a call dropped to add to your frustration. As far as your DG2 jeans fit, if you are having any sizing inconsistencies, I’ll be glad to help. Should you want to exchange any item for another size or return an item for fit, you can open your HSN Account, go to Order History and select the order you wish to exchange or return. If you need any other help, please send me a Private Message (PM). To do so, scroll to the upper right corner of the Community Page to the blue envelope icon. Click to open and address the PM to a (my) nickname and send me order details. My reply will also arrive in this envelope icon and when you have ‘mail’ a number will show up. Please don’t post order numbers in the Community. I hope this will be a more comfortable and efficient way to get the assistance you’re requesting.
