HSN your packaging department needs to get it together. I placed multiple orders last week, and the packages are starting to come in. Every single item I have received comes in an extremely oversized box, and is severely damaged. To top it off they just slap a strip of tape on top not even enough to cover from side to side. Your department should know that these packages are not handled with care by the carriers, so why do that? We pay a pretty penny for shipping, so the least your department could do is package our items properly. Yesterday I received a package that was so damaged even the UPS DRIVER asked me to inspect it before accepting it, and sure enough the little tape used in the package has come undone and I was missing a marker ser. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Please use proper sized boxes and proper packaging methods to secure our items. We ARE paying for our shipping after all! Please HSN have your packaging department get it together.
I agree 1000% recieved my Omega 3’s in and flimzy bag. At least put them in a small box like Procap Labs does when I order directly from them :womanmad:

I received a purse last week that the one end of the box wasn’t even taped shut.my UPS person rang the doorbell and ask me to inspect it as well. Did some of the packing dept. Skip the “packing 101 class”? Nuff Said :
