I’m not sure HSN wants my input 🙂 I saw someone ask about packaging… You will NOT get your item, HSN does NOT inform you but your order has been cancelled and a refund issued. They did this to me, I only found out because I researched my order. I ordered on Nov 21 payment cleared on Nov 23 and a refund was issued Dec 2, when I contacted HSN the rep could only apologize and make excuses. I do not feel valued by HSN. I love the products here and the flex pay options that I take advantage of, this year has been challanging as I’m experiencing many life changes from my best friend dying last month, my daughter’s best friend 31 years old massive stroke, layed off, HVAC system (new 3 years ago) failure and informed not under warranty, my car will not start – check engine light just came on, so yeah bad couple of months.I am honestly trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but seriously guys you could at the very least send an email telling us you “Oversold” the item and not to expect it. Sorry didn’t mean to unload but I am widowed and just needed to unload :). I hope what you ordered wasn’t a Christmas gift. I wish you and your’s the very best Christmas and a Happy New Year!
P.S. I did find my item at Amazon but they wanted 50.00 more for it, so I went to QVC and instead just spent 20.00 more for it there.
