Out of Curiosity, What does HSN do to make you feel like a Valued Customer?
I am not feeling it right now. :womanmad:
Hi skittles- it sounds as if you experienced something unpleasant. I’m sorry about that. I feel very appreciated as a customer when issues are resolved politely and quickly- I’m happy to say that has been my experience here thus far. I’ve had the opposite happen with other companies too- and immediately ended my business with them. Also if inventory is of consistently poor quality or a return policy is deceptively conditional then it is my warning to a company that I may terminate my business with them (all the better for my savings account). From what I have gathered by reading the forums here, if there is something that needs to be resolved it is worth a shot to try again. I always see customer service reps respond to concerns. I don’t know specifically what is going on but I hope things work out ??
FOR OVER 25 YRS THEY’VE CONSISTENTLY HELPED RESOLVE ANY "ISSUES" & WERE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. I’VE NEVER FELT THAT I WAS ANYTHING LESS THAN A VALUED CUSTOMER. MANY, MANY TIMES CUST SVC HAS GONE "ABOVE & BEYOND"!
HSN does nothing. But the managers here have been exceptional.
Hello everyone…..I am a few days behind on this conversation…but wanted to put my 5cents in:
HSN has always been so good to me! Been with HSN since 1997. Anytime I have had any problems with any product the Customer Service always takes care of me with "no 100 questions, no doubting me, believing and trusting me, and wanting to resolve the problem in anyway." Now that is "LOYALTY!" I enjoy the company HSN, and the quality of service and satisfaction that has been given to me over 17 years. So Skittles135 these are my facts on how HSN makes me feel like a "VALUED CUSTOMER!"
I love the flex pay opportunities and the clearance prices. HSN makes fashion affordable for me, and I appreciate it.
I used to like the Christmas gave, but the newer one is just not compelling to me.
I think they have great clearance prices. However, I feel there has been an uptick in S & H lately. Lot of nickel and diming prices on S & H.
