Trying to order an item from SCA, put in my bag, says its "sold out" yet, it says there still 2 left? Anyone else have this happen?
Yes,I have had that happen. Sometimes, there is a glitch in the website. Last summer, I ordered a towel set that stated there were four remaining. I had been watching it in my favorites list for several weeks and finally decided to purchase. Anyways, I had a 15% coupon I used when checking out then got to the last screen and it said sold out. I went back to the product page and it still said 4 items remaining. I tried to use the coupon on something else and got the message that I had already used the coupon. By that time,I was frustrated and upset and called customer service. The customer service rep gave me 15% off on another item and said she would have someone investigate the website error on the product page. It took several days but finally it stopped saying four remaining that were nonexistent.
ALWAYS!!! I can’t stand it when it says there are a few left and you go to purchase it the item is on waitlist or extended delivery. The host will say there is 2000 left but neglect to say it won’t be shipped till for a month! I have been on waitlist for months for a necklace that said there was one then I went on waitlist and it never came in. The CSR are not helpful either when it comes to this issue.
