Online Shoppers Beware !!
Do not believe the arrival dates for products as listed on the website. I purchased 2 items on 7/25/2015 that was advertised as arriving on 7/29/2015 if 3-Day express was purchased. I paid for this with a credit card, which sent a confirmation number on 7/25/2015. It’s not 7/29/2015 and the larger order is still showing as processing. I’ve been contacting Customer Service for 2 days now and all I get is a run around.
Guess the party I had planned to use this item for this weekend is now a bust… Thanks HSN. Your customer service is a joke and I’ll never purchase from you again. I hate DISHONEST companies!
Wow, I’ve always had great delivery and great customer service, sorry to hear you have not.
As is becoming expected from HSN, this is not only a day late but has been in the "Packaging" stage for over 12 hours now. Thus, it won’t be here for the weekend either.
It’s ironic that I’ve mentioned the overnight shipping on almost all my communications and it has been totally ignored by "customer service". And I quote customer service because there is no service in their customer service.
Understanding the frustration is one thing… doing something about it when it’s YOUR companies mistake is another. And HSN has done NOTHING to try to resolve their late delivery status.
This is the one and only time I’ll do business with HSN. As posted in my original post, I hate DISHONEST companies! And this has clearly been a dishonest shipping delivery date and no effort made to resolve the issue.
The cover did arrive today, although it is of no use without the grill.
I would LOVE to have this arrive before the weekend, but the last I checked this order had not even shipped yet. So unless you upgrade the shipping to Next Day Air (at your expense), I do not see that happening.
I still want the grill so please do not cancel the order. I do not want to start the purchase process again with any retailer.
Hello Chasiv, I am very sorry to hear this order has not arrived yet and I can definitely understand this frustration. We take all of our customer’s feedback seriously, and I want to let you know that I forwarded this to our shipping department to look into what could have caused this delay.
I checked the order and I do not see any updated tracking information for the grill. Did you receive the cover earlier today? I went ahead and refunded you the full $40.01 you paid for shipping, so you will see those funds back within the next 72 business hours. It is very likely that this may just be a day late and will arrive tomorrow, but if you’d prefer- we can cancel the order instead and refund your funds. Please let me know what you would like to do.
