Has anyone else have had issue with delievery? I ordered two items from HSN and the first time i missed the package second time i went online and notived that it said it was deleivered. I immediatly call UPS and HSN because i never recieved my packages. i open the door the next day one of my package was just there at my door. The other is missing. So disapointed that the driver would just leave my package for anyone to steal as if i didnt work hard to pay for that item. Now HSN is forced to send me another package and it wasnt even the color i originally asked for. Now I am afraid to even order again in fear that the driver would just leave my package or give it to some unknown person in hopes they give it to me.
HSN needs to address this issue directly with UPS, since UPS is supposed to ring the bell to make sure someone is actually home to receive the UPS delivery in person, and if they are not home then it is the duty of the UPS carier to leave a sorry we m,issed you notice and then you can call them for a redelivery to be sure you will get it in your hands.
This just leaving for the item to be stolen or weather damaged is truly not allowed according to the UPS guidelines and policies, so file a complaint with UPS and HSN and get the names of person’s of authority you spoke with, and document everything.
THen if it does not chage and UPS still does not follow UPS guidelines and policies outlined above, I would shop elsewhere.
Other COmpanies offer same day delivery and 2 day delivery, and I always have the Carriers ring my door bell and if not home they do leave a redelivery notice option under my dront door.
TIme is $, and I do not care to fatten the wallets of Companies who know of these problems outlined above, and Companies who refuse to have them resolved quickly.
