Not going to lie…
QVC left a really bad taste in my mouth after they cheated me out of almost 500.00 dollars. After returning items, they claimed that they never received them. USPS tracking showed the items returned to them. I tried going through CS but to no avail. They then turned me over to collections. Harassed for months, Never again.
There is one thing you should consider because it happened to me. I haven’t really shopped at the Q in about 10 years but a year or so ago I bought some gold earrings for my birthday during their annual gold rush sale. They were sent via USPS and tracking showed them to be delivered when they never arrived. We checked with neighbors to see if they were accidentally delivered to them. Neighbors all said they did not get my mail so husband talked to mailman next day and he said he never delivered the package and would keep his eye out for it on his truck (We have had the same mailman for years and don’t believe he would steal anything. He is always great and brings my packages to the front door). Next day my gold earrings still were never delivered so my husband went to post office and addressed his concern. He showed them the tracking number and wanted to know what had happened to it and even provided them with the number to the CS at QVC. Post office said they never received it and the more my husband questioned them the more rude they became and then, guess what? All of the tracking numbers from my package at the post office went Poof! Well, now the people in line were getting aggravated too and wanted to know what happened to our package! Bottom line, we believe someone at the post office is now wearing my expensive gold 2″ hoops! It could be that QVC says they did not receive them because someone else was dishonest. Just an idea to think about. I don’t know for sure what happened to my earrings and probably never will. QVC put me on waitlist at the same price but earrings never came back in stock and I was refunded my money. I appreciated their effort though. It used to be when I bought expensive gold items from them before, they were shipped Fed Ex requiring a signature but I guess that has changed. If I ever order gold again I will request delivery from UPS. It is possible someone at the post office marked your package as delivered and decided to deliver it to him or herself. Whatever the reason, or whatever happened, I am very sorry this has happened to you! I hope you can get it all settled.
I hope you saved proof of these things being returned so you can go to a lawyer. I don’t trust them. Too many negative reviews and horror stories about them. I was an HSN customer and don’t want anything to do with Q.
