Not doing flex pay again!!
First of all they charged my card twice which equals $110 now I’m sitting here waiting for the money to come back on my account. I didn’t even know when the order was cancelled I have used flex pay before my credit is good and I make more then enough to do it. So im extreme mad right now and when I ask when my money will be back they say 3-7 business days and it’s FRIDAY!!
Yeah, I don’t flex pay unless it’s a big item like a computer. I flex paid for my Dell. Other than that, I pay full price. I know it’s convenient, but I don’t want to run into the problems you experienced. Hope you get the issue remedied.
I have received 1 refund but not the other

It may take up to 3 business days for your bank to process the cancellation and reverse the authorization funds back to your account. We’re sorry we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. This doesn’t mean you won’t qualify for FlexPay on future orders. We’ve sent you a written explanation and you will receive that within the next 7-10 days. We truly hope you will shop with us in the near future.
