Negative Review Screening?
I tried posting a negative review of the Samsung Emerge phone several times over the last few days (1 star, would not recommend) and kept getting error message each time I tried to submit it and the review would not post.
After the same thing happened today, I tried an experiment where did a review giving it a “5 star” rating and “would recommend”. I clicked submit and, viola!, the review went through!
It seems suspicious that poor reviews are “errored out” while good ones go through. Seems like HSN is screening out poor reviews to improve product ratings.
Anybody have similar experiences?
IF YOU DON’T FROTH AT THE MOUTH TRIPPING OVER YOUR WORDS KISSING UP THE PRODUCT, THE Q WILL NOT POST IT – PERIOD.
Not at HSN yet but at QVC. Never in Amazon. Before making apurchase I rely more and more on the honest reviews. I am the first one who feels that it is quite unpleasant to leave a not so great comment. Remember the truth will set us free!
I have not had problems giving a 1 star review. You have to wait until 5 days after you receive the item to leave a review or you will get an error message. There are 1 star reviews on many items.
