My first HSN gripe
I just found out when returning a Jay King earring that a spendable cash amount on that order will not be given back to my spendable cash account . $26 is a lot to keep that is actually my money . I was told their policy was not to refund my spendable cash that was a reduction in price for an item . Has anybody else run into this notice this ? The price on a previous item was reduced before I even received the item and I usually wait for a reduction in price but I didn’t want it to sell out . They gave me the reduction in price but now that the item I used it on has to be returned they are keeping my $26. All I can say is that is not good customer service . Also if the money is put back in spendable cash it means I’m going to be buying a Nother product from them so it makes no sense at all . This is my first occasion to have a bad experience after my son and I have spent $4000 this year buying from HSN ! What a bummer over $26 . I would have given the item away as a gift had I known, rather than lose $26 . I hardly ever return AJ king turquoise but the ear ring was just too heavy for my ear and heart earrings are my absolute favorite and that’s why I chose to put the 26 of spendable cash on his item 489615. And they are choosing to keep it. So buyer beware about your spendable cash account.

That is not cool at all. U could buy a thing or two w $26! I don’t accept Spendable Kash for price adjustments or returns. I always have them refund my credit card. Did u speak to a supervisor ??
