Lost a good customer, buy who cares not HSN or Customer service…..
Customer Service is terrible, and I’m wasting my time writing about it. I submitted an order using a coupon code that was good for the product I was going to buy, because my credit card number changed recently the system rejected my order when I went back in to change it they said I had already used the coupon. LOL not really but here again I called customer service that wants you to do all there work : IE: press 1 for blank or 2 for something else and after ten or so you finally get to press a number for so called customer service, and they even want you to take a survey about customer service, LIKE THEY CARE. They will more than likely block or hide this post so far away nobody will see it. so my call to customer service went like this:. She said her name and sighed and huffed like this was an inconvenience to her. Well good by HSN NO MORE and to that I will take my money elsewhere.
Kudos to customer service. I recall a time or two I ordered an item and used a coupon and placed an order. Then I changed my mind about the item. I called CS and explained and each time they reset my coupon and I placed another order for the item I really had to have. Made me very happy and I know HSN appreciates me as a customer.

Have you ever tried their e-mail? I have had my questions answered within 24 hours. And yes there were times that my coupon either did not go through or it said I had already used it. Customer Service was really helpful and yes, I was able to purchase the item I wanted even though the coupon had expired. You might also try writing to customer service through community. There is a section for them towards the bottom. I definitely would write to them and let them know what occurred. It’s never too late to try.
