WHERE DID A LITTLE CUBAN GIRL BORN IN NJ. GET SUCH A THICK ACCENT?
Thanks for the question, Betsy!
I would like to know the answer to the fruit question, as well!
I will await a reply from our gamers!
Congratulations, sounds like you had a very active day!
I’m up I’m up! Had a ton of phone calls to make, dishes, made steel cut oatmeal for Captain…made tropical it’s got pineapple, mango. crushed nuts, coconut, brown sugar, cinnamon. Tastes good!
I seem to remember last time we played this game they were saying to start shooting from the left and continue over to the right. You still have to be a quick shooter and not miss anything. I think last time I got all the fruit a couple times. So far this time I’ve gotten 35 fruits.
Oh my, Susana!
That sounds fabulous! I have not had it in awhile, but
Barney’s used to have tropical blend coffee, pineapple
and coconut! May not sound great to all, but it is so
fabulous, I would bring and make a couple pots of it for
the office, would have a line waiting to grab it! We ended
up with the individual pods, so I stopped making a pot
Your breakfast sound delicious and healthy!
Thank You Betsy….:manhappy:
It is good Terri. I make all kinds of flavors for my husband. He’s a big oatmeal eater. I discovered I could make it in the pressure cooker so quick and healthy. He was eating so much oatmeal and that had way too much sugar, salt, preservatives. And now after alllllllll these years the Dr just cut his cholesterol med in half. And that’s just since I started making it. I do wish I would eat more but I’m just not an oatmeal eater!!
Yes, Betsy. If you get all the fruit, you get 13,000 points: 3,000 for knocking out the fruit and a 10,000 bonus for clearing the board. Like Terri said about Cindy’s directions, I start at the bottom left corner and just click as fast as I can while moving the cursor up the left side, across to the upper right and then down the right side. I try to pick up missed fruits as I go. Hope that helps you.
I really do like oatmeal, and they are reducing the salt, sugar,
etc., many are watching that! Like your idea, it is much
healthier, as with most meals, to make from scratch!
Glad your husband is reaping the benefits!
Wow Betsy, that is a lot of walking! Way to go! We used to do a 6 mile walk from inland down to the Pacific Ocean when we lived in Ventura County. How I miss that hike!
I am feeding a friends fur babies for a couple of days so I walk to her house at 4:30 p.m. today. It was about 95 degrees and humid. Only about 1 1/2 miles round trip. But at least I walked. Our temps have been dropping into the 70s at night and I am very thankful for that. Usually this time of year it doesn’t cool off at night. We shut our a/c off during the night too and just use fans. Would love to use the a/c but it costs too much to run. Usually keep it at 83 until around 3 p.m. and then cool the house down to about 78, then 75 before bedtime.
Can’t wait for fall and hoodie weather! Hope we actually have a cold fall and a nice, long, cold winter this year!
