WOW JOY’S NEW LUGGAGE GOT REALLY BAD REVIEWS FOR LABEL PROP 65 AND. HSN OR JOY HAS TAKEN AWAY THE LUGGAGE AND THE REVIEWS. I CANNOT FIND THE LUGGAGE ON HSN.COM
I have been wanting for Joy hangers for a long time and missed many many opportunities for the good deal presentations. Last week Joy is selling 35 pack, as I was dialing HSN to order, Joy was holding up Deep Purple hangar showing off its many attributes… Suddenly, I noticed the hangar she was holding and these two hangers that the host was holding frayed scratched, etc. I hung up the phone… thank you! if their demonstration hangers are losing their durable finish, bruised up in their demo then what would they do 3 years from now in my closet? If not one year? Worse, will they arrive this way? Personally I have had Packaging problems with HSN, late shipments, and Joy/Iman purse was returned but HSN does not have the records. They have been working with me but suddenly they have no records. I wonder after reading many reviews mostly, losing money how HSN addresses this. I have to ask has anyone else made returns with confirmation but not received their money back?
I had the same issue in 2014 I bought concgere queen size two pack firm pellow and HSN has no record of me ever buying them from HSN. someone in HSN isn’t putting the orders in to the archive’s. there placing the order but erasing it afterwards. my advice is to you hold on to all of everyone of your order recipe s for years even. you might want to order an item you got two or even last year and HSN tells you that they have no record of you buying they item. I wanted to order another two pack of the queen size concgere pellows and HSN said there is no record of me buying them so I don’t buy pellows from HSN any more. but now I keep all of my recipe. its proof you bought it from HSN next time it comes up again.
Received my Joy Mangano TuffTech luggage but didn’t open the box for weeks. Just went to open it last night when I saw the Prop 65 warning label. So I came to the HSN site to see reviews & whether or not that label frightened anyone else. I was so surprised to see that the product’s been wiped clean from the site, & when I click on my order info in my order history, it tells me that they don’t have a record of me purchasing this item. Huh? Y’know, if it were only the Prop 65 warning, I might have looked past that – I know that California has strict rules, but frankly, so many things in our lives are probably equally cancer-causing. But the fact that HSN has left no trace whatsoever of this product scares me more, and tells me it was really a bomb for more reasons than just Prop 65. I recall Joy saying that she’d been working on this luggage for years. I guess she didn’t work hard enough on it. Shame on Joy, and shame on HSN for being so careless (and I mean that literally – they couldn’t care less.) Luckily I can still return this so that’s what I’m doing. I’m returning it unopened. What a shame.

Had been a forever loyal Joy Mangano fan and purchaser of JM. Still using luggage and stuff bought over a decade ago. Now days, products come apart, seams not completely sewn, can’t problems with poor workmanship on purses, luggage and vaccumns that literally burn you and get so hot they stop working but conveinently it always happens just a couple of days past the return period. I have the actual first Little Steamer that still works but the new style I bought several years ago stopped working so I trashed it. Bought another and it stopped working after a few months. I am back to using my original one without the retractable cord and the narrow steam nozzle. JOY M. along with HSN have gotten so greedy that the cheap China labor market was what would give them the huge profit and who cares about the years of loyal customers who will finally decide Joy Mangano does not deserve our money or loyalty. A good idea or invention is only as good as the actual product you place in your customers hands. SHAME ON HSN for the cover up of the defective products like the vaccumn that literally got so HOT IT BURNED MY LEG and I found out that almost everyone had the same issue with the overheating but only just beyond the return period.NO RECALL??? And still marketing the defective product. “Way to make a buck!” I guess you and Joy can keep it up until the lawsuits start coming in.
Wow that is strange. Didn’t she just present the luggage last week. How could there be so many bad reviews that fast??? I looked too and I believe she had a tufftech tote bag too. Can’t find that either.
I was just looking for it and I cannot find it either. What happened?!
