Is HSN housecleaning individual accounts?
what’s become of my order status and alerts? I had at least 4 pages of orders and it’s been narrowed down to one. And the list of alerts has been totally deleted.

Hello ITZME, I checked and couldn’t duplicate the issue you’re having. Can you please sign out of HSN, clear cookies and load a new browser to open HSN again from a URL? This should refresh the site and you should be able to view all of your account data and current Alerts.
