Inability to fulfill orders
I pre-orderded 4 items in July for Christmas. I just received an email that HSN may not be able to fulfill the other. If they can’t, the order will be cancelled. Needless to say I cancelled the order and found something else on Amazon. HSN didn’t even offer a token credit towards a future purchase. I’m disabled and do all of my shopping online. The last item I received from HSN was broken. It was replaced promptly. The quality and service has gone down. It’s unfortunate.
