Hubei turquoise Jay King
Am I the only person who is angry that the recent Hubei turquoise necklace offered at $99.99 by Jay King is the same offered as a today’s special for $134.95 at the end of December. It was not a clearance item and just seems it is foolish to trick customers into buying something at a price (today’s special) that was considered the lowest price the item would be available at as a fully stocked waitlisted available item. It seems the whole of advertising something as a today’s special great value is a mockery. The necklace is lovely but seems to have lost a little of it’s charm when I realize I could have saved 25% which is a bigger discount than some items are offered even when on clearance
It was leftover stock that wasn’t ready in time for the TS. Was well past the 45 day waitlist window. They were unfinished necklaces that he couldn’t do anything else with, sold cheap to get rid of them. The real bargain was the 3 strand for sixty-something dollars. It was gone in a couple of minutes.
I purchased the Hubei necklace as well as a TS. I guess this is what happens when you’re the first to purchase an item. Wait and chance the item selling out or wait to see if it goes on clearance. Try not to be too frustrated. Sometimes these things work in our favor sometimes, not so much.
