HSN selling cancer, stroke and heart attack insurance on air
Did anyone else find the on-air pitch tonight for Aetna cancer insurance incredibly offensive?
They are a business but I don’t need them sending me an advert in every package. And the only reason they would partner with a vendor is for a cut for a referral. Plain and simple, I buy products from them but I don’t need them to peddle insurance my way. Obviously it’s done for a commission not from the bottom of their hearts.
They are a business. They partnered with another vendor. What’s the issue?
I didn’t watch it. Not what I’m interested in watching. I’m on Medicare and I have my supplement thru AARP/United Healthcare and am happy with it. Hubby has insurance thru work.
If I would shop for insurance I would go to their website and look. I don’t want it to be peddled to me.
Extremely Offensive and Inconsiderate.
Since I deal with these topics and many more all day long, HSN is not where I would like to see this information. :womanfrustrated:
I am here to escape. :womansurprised: :womansad:
There is nothing special about requesting AETNA’s information for FREE during HSN’s presentation. You can get FREE info & help re their insurance policies ANYTIME. (Tell me you already knew this!?!)
I hope HSN’s "finders fee" for anyone who contacts AETNA during the live insurance solicitation presentation is worth losing customers & their audience over it. IT"S ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS & a new all time low for HSN.
Yes. I ordered 2 kits though. Offer Good for today only, free
