HSN has gone downhill big time…
I pretty much shop at QVC all the time. However, I was desperately trying to find a coral colored dress and found one on HSN. Had the hardest time ever getting the website to work properly. Called Customer Service 4 times before I finally had the dress on the way. Dress is a little too big in the bodice so back it goes. Went online to print the return label and of course that feature is currently unavailable. Another call to customer service to get that done. I have just been told that the label will be emailed to me within two hours. I’m hesitant to believe that will go off without a hitch.
What happened to HSN? The on air presentations used to look better, run smoother, the website used to work, etc. It’s like a garage sale compared to QVC. I don’t know who is in charge at HSN, but it seems like there was a departure and someone else came in and it’s been downhill ever since. If it keeps up I’ll bet HSN will fizzle out or be bought by some other network.
Such a shame. It used to be classy.
I waited until 1:30 and did not receive the label that they said I’d receive. Called customer service yet again and the lady told me they mailed it via US mail. LOL! I will have it in 5 business days. I asked her out of curiousity why they didn’t email me or call me to let me know this and (((crickets))). I’m just baffled.
That’s funny, I am on HSN website at least a couple times a day and have NEVER had a problem. It’s actually one of the fastest and easy to navigate websites there is – and love their ‘Preview’ feature 🙂 Maybe it’s your computer or internet service.
As for the Q…….my personal opinion is they are the ones going downhill. Do some research and find out how they are treating their vendors and how many customers they are losing over it !
I love HSN and think they are only getting better and better………..and everything I have received has been first quality merchandise. They make everything so easy…returns, exchanges…..I have never had a problem.
So sorry you had a bad experience here, have a nice day and fun shopping at the Q 🙂
HSN is still classy, perhaps you would be better shopping with the Q!
Well..here we are almost 4 hours later and I received an email with the item information that I ordered, but no shipping label. Surprise surprise.
What is going on with this company??
