HSN does not refund the Spendable Kash back automatically
Some reviewers said that they did not get the Spendable Kash SK back when they returned items. This happened to me too today. HSN did not give the SK back to me automatically. I have to chat with a rep to get it back. Why will the SK not be given back to buyers automatically? The SK was the Credit issued to me and it is my cash. If I returned the item that I used the SK to pay for, it should be still my Credit and cash after I returned item. If I did not watch for it, HSN will keep my SK money and does not give back to me. When buyers see they have the SK, they will use it and use more money to order things. This is good for HSN. But why does HSN set up obstacle, cheat on the SK money, and discourage people ordering?
I have been wondering about this. I was about ready to call Customer Service and ask why I didn’t have any money going back into my spendable Kash account. I guess I will only be making purchases that I know I will not need to return. I recently did the same thing with QVC, since they changed their returns policy. I will look to Nordstrom’s and other retailers who have free shipping and returns on all orders. I definitely will not be purchasing clothing from HSN due to the inconsistent sizing. Why are the viewers being penalized for inconsistent sizing? I’m just a step away from a final goodbye to HSN.
