HSN AGENT RUINED MY ORDER – JOY M NEEDS TO MAKE IT RIGHT.
HAS JOY M. EVER, EVER,EVER LOOKED AT WHAT BUYERS ARE SAYING? AS A DISABLED PERSON I NEEDED A SPECIFIC JOY M. ITEM SO I CAN FUNCTION IN PUBLIC WITHOUT EMBARASSMENT. THE UNTRAINED AGENT ON THE PHONE CHANGED MY ORDER AND NOW I DON’T HAVE MY ITEM. NOT AVAILABLE. DOES JOY EVER CONCERN HERSELF WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM REGARDING HER ITEMS? I THREW AWAY HER HAND VAC. IT BURNED ME. I KNOW OTHERS HAD THE SAME ISSUE. IT WAS A DANGER. THEY STILL SELL IT. AND NO ONE AT J MANGANO OR HSN ASSISTED BECAUSE IT WAS 32 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE..SO SORRY..YOU SHOULD HAVE RETURNED IT WITHIN 30 DAYS. IT INJURED ME! I HAVE TO THROW IT AWAY. “TOO BAD…THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO AT THIS POINT” I WANT TO KNOW FROM JOY MANGANO HOW CAN I GET THE ITEM THAT I NEED SINCE HSN DOESN’T HAVE IT IN STOCK. IF I AM SENDING BACK WHAT I GOT THEN MAYBE SOMEONE IS SENDING BACK WHAT I WANTED AND ORDERED. DON’T THINK FOR A MINUTE THAT THEY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. IT IS ALL GREED AND MONEY.
ODDBEE, I’m sorry about your experience. That’s not typical with HSN Customer Service. I do always order online, though, because I want to be sure everything I want is exactly as I want it. If you know of several people with problems with the vac, you might want to report it to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. If they get enough reports, they’ll investigate and can have the product pulled from the market.
