Hsn a RIP off
I have had 125.00 taken from my credit card for a janome sewing machine that was damaged and shipped back, yet to receive any refund only charges! I am looking into a lawyer for them doing that! Hsn a RIP off!!
If i have to return an item , i call customer service or chat, which i cant find anymore. This way i never had issues with returns or exchanges. If an exchange was requested by me, i had a certain time to return the item and was not charged. Unless, this has changed too? I am getting a little confused with all these changes and good customer service is the heart of a healthy growing company! HSN, please fix these hiccups and get on track again!
Id comment but then I probably wouldn’t get my refund on a defective serum but I feel your pain!
