Horrible customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service ever and I will not ever shop with them again. I ordered my tv in October the 19th received it broken called and he said they will send a label to send it back.. Waited a month and nothing.. Called again this time she said I’ll get it in 3-5 days… Waited and nothing called back and the guy very rudely said oh well looks like it will take another 21 days and hung up on me!! What kind of service is this!! Can’t even use my tv and now I have to make the payments on my credit card because it’s due but they won’t receive to tv in time to cancel the charge! This is getting so ridiculous it’s utterly frustrating how hard is it to send a return label!!! I was just going to get a new tv but not now!! I want to cancel everything and will NOT ever order anything from HSN AGAIN!
I am very sorry to hear that this TV arrived damaged. I checked into this and I do see that the label has been requested again and will arrive to you within the next 21 days. I have also reported your experience when calling in to speak with our customer service team, as we expect every call to be a handled in a professional manner and that did not happen here. I apologize there isn’t more I can do for you in this situation.
They must be sending the label by mule train. 21 days?
report them to Florida attorney general. call them tell send you a form fill it out send all transaction. I would also sue HSN if I were you. if you live outside of fl. makk them pay all your travel expenses. don’t let HSN get away with your hard worked money, no one has hundred, thousand dollars to throw away today, you’ stand your grounds and go after HSN and get your money back. HSN only cares about our money not us customers.
I had a similar experience with HSN, the fan I ordered was defective, it did not have a return label, so I immediately called CS, was told that they would send out a return label due to the fact that the item was defective, they said it would take 3-5 days, I never received it, I called again, and again I was told almost the same thing, this time I was told 15 days, nothing ever came, I called again, to make a long story short I called 5-6 times, the last call I was told to expect UPS to come pick it up, at no expence to me, I was also given a time frame 10 days, I had doctors appointments which I cancelled in order to be home when UPS would come, I was told by CS to just leave the package in front of my door, a thing I would never do, UPS never came, I called again and was told HSN does not send UPS to pick up defective items, at that point I went on this board and wrote my story and my frustration, I finally got a resolution to my problem thanks to Candace. I don’t understand why CS service gives loyal customers runnarounds are they trained to do that? leaving us customer’s angry and frustrated!
