HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY NOT BEING HONORED
I purchased a Christmas ornnamet in the Christmas in July shows for a gift for my daughter’s birthday, which just happened, and she didn’t like it so I have tried to return it. I lost the receipt, but that shouldn’t be a problem for HSN now should it? Well guess what. One customer rep told me she would email me a label and when I didn’t get it the second one said the item was purchased in July so could not be returned. HUH??? NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHSE ANYTHING FROM THE EARLY HOLIDAY SHOWS. I am going to try to return it anyway and see which one of them was right. Just a word of warning to anyone else trying to return items and for next year.

But I have noticed that the shipping is taking a lot longer then usual.
I also tried to return an item purchased during Christmas in July. The first rep told me returns were only valid on a certain day of the promotion. I called back to get another opinion from a supervisor, and was told the same thing—except the date that they are accepting the return was a DIFFERENT day than the original one! I wasted NO time telling her that their main competitor was accepting returns for purchases made during the ENTIRE month of July. Thanks a LOT HSN for offering exclusive deals on exclusive products during a 2 day period, according to ur customer service, only to refuse returns in order to make more coin….

, I’m truly sorry you were told that the ornaments you purchased weren’t part of our extended return policy as they most certainly are. As long as they are postmarked back to us by January 31, 2016 we’ll be happy to accept them back as a return.
