Help with Lorena Garcea Electric skillet
Can anyone tha
t has Lorena Garcia electric skillet help me to day I tryed to use it for the first time and the heating cord that fits in the side of the skillet dosen’t go all the way in it just lays there it isn’t secure like other skillets I have had is that the way it should be or did I get a bad one ,I can’t call until monday to find out because the engenious design is closed now , can anyone help me .
I don’t think they will let me return it because it is over 30 days since i ordered it , i just started to use it on saturday and that is when i noticed it didn’t fit in ,I should of known better to check it out as soon as I got it , HSN is always good about standing by there things so maybe if i’m lucky they will let me order another and send this back but I need to call tomorrow engenious design to see what they say about it , it really should fit in all the way where this one dosen’t it just won’t go in .
It would be best to post your concern over on the ‘Customer Service Need Help’ thread. The Moderators will be able to help you return and/or exchange your electric skillet because it sounds to me like you received a defective one.
