Yesterday I received my 5 lbs. of Giannos chocolates. As I have ordered them before I expected the same fresh candy. Was I disappointed! Didn’t come in a tin or box just a clear plastic bag. I think some are stale such as the salted caramels and marshmallows which were always soft and creamy. This time they were hard and hard to bite. Haven’t tried all of them but so far not happy. Also only 3 peanut clusters, which is my favorit. Bag not even sealed, gives me a bad feeling. Think I will call customer service.
I’m truly sorry that your order arrived with some stale pieces, @sikylar. While this set didn’t come with a tin, we do hope you are enjoying the gift boxes that were included. Hopefully this was just a few pieces. I have issued you a $16 partial refund to cover the stale items. I hope you enjoy the rest of the set.
