I placed an order for Gianni’s candy on November 29. The scheduled delivery was to be on Dec,15 then I received a phone call changing the delivery to Dec.19th. That was O.K. I would still have in time for Christmas gift giving. Today De. 19th I received a phone call that my order was canceled. I called customer service and was told Gianni.s did the canceling. I can.t believe a company would be so irrespnsible to not be able to honor their orders at this late in the season. I asked if they had a fire she didn’t know. I don’t know who to be more angry at H.S.N or Gianni’s.Has anyone else had this problem. Also H.S.N should of make sure that the candy would be delivered before they sold it .
