I wish I would have read this forum before ordering using FlexPay. I placed an order earlier today and I have to have a single e-mail confirming anything. I have already checked my financial account and my FlexPay amount has already been sent and is Pending in my bank account. I would like a confirmation e-mail Knowing that my order has been accepted BEFORE the funds are out in a pending status. I will update post as my FIRST shopping experience with HSN and my first time using FlexPay continues.
I checked your account and am happy to say your order was placed fine. The reason you haven’t received anything is because you chose to check out as a guest instead of creating an account first. No need to worry though, everything looks good and is expected delivery to you by 12/05/2016. 🙂
