Attempted several times to contact the customer service for flex pay and even though my actual HSN account has the correct information they claimed what they had was different so they will not change whatever address they have. With that being said it means the so called letter that informs me of why I am not able to use flex pay is also unavailable even though the funds are still pending. Horrible customer service and even worst when asking for information. Would recommend Amazon or overstock.
Have you tried the old fashioned way snail mail? It works sometimes when you’ve tried and failed with everything else. I’m not being a smart a** please don’t take this the wrong way. I know how frustrating it can be but I’ve had good results writing letters when all else has failed.
