Does anybody shop at Evine? I’ve been getting a lot of fashion clearance over there, at awesome prices. Have to say that there shipping is extremely long though. And there customer service isn’t as good as HSN’s. They do have some good bargains though!
I’ve stopped shopping from them. I’ve bought many One World items but started receiving defective items. One time there was an ink mark in the back of a dress that was a rectangular shape with 3 circles in it. Reminded me of the metal pieces you can wrap around something and then screw it together. lol Another time a dress was 3" longer in back than it was in the front and it wasn’t a high/low dress. Numerous times their measurements were way off so the item would be swimming on me. I could go on but you get the idea. Like others have said you have to argue with CS to get any help. They charge you high shipping to receive the item and then you have to pay to send it back. Even if you need to return it due to a cause of their part, they don’t think they should pay shipping. If they exchange the item, you end up paying shipping THREE times!
I agree Carlos. I would buy a Vitamix if I could. I try to buy Made in USA whenever possible. It usually means a couple more $$ but it also means more jobs for people here too.
Have you all seen the Cook’s Companion version of the Vitamix, yet?
I’d rather spend THREE times as much for an American-made product than some Chinese knock off.
We can’t complain about our ecomomy…and the lack of jobs here if we continue to buy products from overseas.
WHEN IT WAS STILL SHOP NBC I BOUGHT SUZANNE’S SALAD DRESSING I THINK. BOUGHT ONLINE & IT WAS SOME DEAL – FREE S/H OR 1/2 OFF OR SOMETHING. IT WAS VERY CONFUSING TO PLACE ONLINE & I ENDED UP WITH ONE ORDER WITHOUT THE DISC. & HAD TO PLACE ANOTHER WITH THE DISC. FRUSTRATING & CONFUSING AT BEST. THAT’S ALL I EVER BOUGHT FROM THEM. WATCH A LOT THO. HEATHER IS A DREAM HOSTESS. I’VE TRIED CALLING THEIR CUST. SVC. WITH SOME QUESTIONS AND NEVER COULD GET THRU. GAVE UP ON THAT. ANYBODY KNOW WHY THEY KEEP CHANGING THEIR NAME?
Yes, I have for a decade but SERIOUSLY BEWARE the customer service sucks! They never refund return s&h so u have to call & fight with the reps to get it refunded even tho it was a return due to defect, etc. Also they refund in increments if u use value pays, they refund your $$ back in those increments. Also their s&h charges are normally OUTRAGEOUS! $15 to ship a watch or handbag, REALLY?!? I’ve had more issues with their Cust Serv over the years to the point where I was dealing directly with their head of Corp Cust Serv. Also beware, now they’re launching their top value at 10 ET so any deals expire at 10. And a lot of their promotional offers ALSO expire at odd hours on the day they expire. My advice is to read the fine print on EVERY offer, and double check with Cust Serv, any time u want to use a coupon, promotion, etc.
Guess im done with input here. I dont understand how I am a " spoiler. "
I shopped them from when they were shopnbc to shophq to now Evine. As EVINE, they have been under new ownership as Evine for only 6 months or so. New better brands coming in BUT they still dont have their ….together. I receive my items within max 3 days BUT I am only a couple hours from what is probably their only fulfillment center in Bowling Green, Ky ( north of Nashville TN). My guess is that they are havingvthe vendors ship while they are stillnin this start up period. Have had many problems with incorrect billing, A/S sent the day after the first order with no notice. I dont do a lot of a/s; ususlly just stock up on an offer thecfirst presentation. Exchanges were…i assume unchanged, allowed only within the same brand. I love my returns to be "banked" rather than placed back on my Ccard. The less hubby sees the seller name, the easier my life!!
The bill also reads 1 of 5, 2 of 5 and so on based on the number of flex pays. So he knows what i paid for one item…not good! LOL!I
Do love their nearly on-going 6 flex esp on new products or during the vendors visit BUT watch out….they add up before you know it. Find they are quite confuding on pricing info and many fashion items are not reslly that far from actusl retail. Then there is Isomers. Love the seller but after 3 years and taping each presentation I have given up on the brand. Others must feel thecsame ehich has resulted in their ALL IN ONE collection. Priorvto that he seemed one needed about 15 products per month, each wth a d ifferent purpose. I have purchased a lot of it, too !! Priorvto All in One I got so frustr a t e d i just poured everything together into a kitchen bowl and put a lid on it. Sure I negated some products, but didnt care. No 800 #, so if you call be s ure Canada is in your phone plan! ALWAYS have to leave a message and they (she) calls back. Nearly as difgicultvas reaching SSC. Why West Coast businesses dont have CService with hours for other time zones is a REAL mystery to me. Make a note to call after 10-11a my time…easy to forget…then their lines are all tied up. My first experience with SSC was a real mess on my part. Had no idea of all of the collections and each one sounded like THAT was the one for me. I ordered something like 5 FULL collections then started the"try to reach them" process. Took days and days! Finally,, reached a lady who was too busy to talk!!! She said "you need them all" and basically hung up on me !! Only now I looking at the brand again BUT the reviews are all over the place. I think Im going to buy only what I can "see, touch, feel, test and try" at a store. Then buy that from TV sellers!
The women who sells Borghese at Evine is not related to the Borghese family. She is the spokesperson for the product.
The Borhese empire continues to grow!! Sis is sellingvthe original….which I love and the deals are
F A B. !!! Masks to die for!! Love the moisturizing mud, the light mint green which is also good for srnsitive skin. Now new ones: Purificante for blemishes and Restorative ((light blue) The original Fango Mud, "Active" (dark green ) deep cleans. MANY claim the pink Brilliante really gives them a glow(Not so for me but I love it because it is invigorating ). And "Ferma " (light purple) FIRMS. Pick up some mini’s on Ebay and learn what you like in Fango Mud Masks. ACTIVE and BRILLIANTE sell out F a s t !! Now, to, Purificante !
The line filler serum is winning awards like mad. I love all the serums in the orange top bottles but the blue is supposed to be their best. They are probably mixing up a batch of whatever skin care and slapping their own labels on it! Lol !!
THE BATH AND BODY products….to die for…face and body !
Now there is Borghese Kirkland, i think thats that is at Kohls…but what it’s about I have yet to learn .
Evine has problems on return purchases. Wife bought a ring and the next day it went on sale. She called the customer service after she ordered the 2nd ring and they told her to return the first ring when she received it so she ordered the second ring at the sale price. The problem is and still is the warehouse shipped three items together and they charged her for shipping separately. They waived the extra shipping but are giving her credit for the ring on sale and and still charging the full price…..Ronnie
I, too, have purchased products from Evine. I haven’t been disappointed with the various products or values. Unfortunately, like others on this thread have mentioned, their customer service and return credit time are both poor. HSN trumps the other shopping channels with its customers service and quick returns processing! Thanks HSN! It’s fun here. 😉
I have purchased all of my maxis, and hi lo dresses from Evine. I love One World, Kate and Mallory. I have purchased rings, a charm bracelet and one charm from Michael V. I like the Tagua jewelry, those pieces are fun for summer. I also like Passage to Israel, the jewelry from Turkey, and the Toscana Italania jewelry. Jewelry seems to arrive quicker than the clothing. When I order a dress it is usually about a week to a week and a half. I enjoy the items I have purchased. HSN does have good customer service and great clearance prices.
I have placed a few orders on Evine, but had a problem with customer service. I bought a darling pair of shoes and they sent the wrong size. I understand mistakes happen, but it was the customer service agent’s attitude which turned me off. She stated she would do me a favor and make a note to waive the return shipping. A favor??!!! They messed up, not me. I ordered the right size, they sent the wrong size. Unfortunately, the shoes sold out so I couldn’t exchange. I recently placed an order on 6/24, the deal was too good to pass up. I was pleasantly surprised when the box was delivered on 6/29. I hope with their upper management doing a revamp, they will get their act together and model themselves after HSN. I’ll have to check out their fashion items. Thanks for sharing. 🙂
I also found Evine’s shipping to take forever. Not sure if it was because of the particular product but took them something like 5 days to even ship. Then it was like Carrier Pidgeon flew it out to me!!
As for returns…I returned an item and it took them over TWO weeks to credit my account. Also…CS isn’t as easy to get in touch with, so as much as i like certain things over there…am reluctant to order now unless I’m dying to have something…which of course…does happen!!! :smileyvery-happy:
I just think nobody has the CS that HSN has…and HSN’s returns at least for the few i’ve had…for me…have been flawless.
 :womanhappy:  You don’t think we’re just a bit SPOILED here at HSN…do you/?? :womanhappy:
