Does "Order History" include Phone Orders?
I just created an Account … but I’ve done a lot of Phone Ordering for several years. So should my "PHONE" Orders be part of "Order History" that I’m suppose to be able to pull up & see? And why is nothing coming up in Order History, when I still have outstanding orders under FlexPlay status? I don’t get it. Plus I’m wanting to see how they dealt with some Returns as far as Credits etc. Also, Sign In doesn’t seem to work sometimes, leaving me unable to Sign In. Thanks

, welcome to the HSN Community. It seems that your email address didn’t get linked up properly to your HSN Shopping Account which is why you’re not seeing the orders on your account. If you reach out to us at 1-800-933-2887 (8 AM to 1 AM EST), we’ll be happy to get this fixed for you.
